Dan began his real estate career in 2018 and has since become a well-established figure in Auckland’s commercial property market.He graduated from the University of Auckland in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce and Property. Dan’s first step into the industry came as an assistant to a top-performing
sales team, where he spent 18 months gaining invaluable hands-on experience. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in key aspects of the sales and leasing process, including negotiation, listing strategies, and stakeholder management.
In 2020, equipped with practical skills and industry insight, Dan transitioned into a full-time sales role, focusing on commercial and industrial real estate in central Auckland. Over the next four years, he consistently grew his annual revenue, moving toward more substantial and complex lease and sale transactions across key central Auckland suburbs.
By 2024, Dan had successfully transacted over 100 properties and earned recognition as a senior top-performing agent, known for delivering consistent results and outstanding service.
Today, alongside directors Ben Adam and Alistair Billing at X Commercial, Dan specialises in commercial real estate across central and southern Auckland industrial hubs, including Penrose, Onehunga, Mount Wellington, and Saint Johns. Renowned for his honest, personable, and upfront approach, Dan is committed to doing the basics right and delivering high-quality service with integrity. Outside of work, Dan is an avid outdoorsman with a love for camping, hiking, and exploring New Zealand’s coastlines in search of the perfect wave. He also treasures quality time with family and friends.
