Ben & Alistair began their Real Estate careers together in early 2014 as fresh-faced 22-year-olds and have since gone on to become one of Auckland’s most successful Agency partnerships. Having worked together for 11+ years in a small, family based office they have evolved and developed over the years to become a highly efficient and systematic agency machine. Ben and Alistair now service a variety of sectors in the New Zealand Industrial market and firmly believe in building and maintaining strategic and long-term relationships with all stakeholders. Their attention to detail, lateral thinking, and genuine nature have ensured their repeat customers and referral networks are unrivalled in the industry.
In May 2025, after completing over 500 transactions, Ben & Alistair launched X Commercial’s first New Zealand office: X Commercial South Auckland, inspired by the success X Commercial has achieved in Australia.
Alongside Ben & Alistair, Dan Newman joins X Commercial as an associate director. Having forged his early career in the Auckland City Fringe, Dan has transitioned to South Auckland Sales and Leasing as an agile, experienced, and hungry young agent who is already making waves in his new chosen market.
